Hoodwink is funded by Tunbridge Wells Borough Council Arts Development Unit, Medway Council and Kent County Council’s Kent Arts Investment Fund, and supported using public funding by Arts Council England. Hoodwink forms part of the Kent Cultural Strategy 2010-2015 Action Plan.
